Rise & Raise Cancellation Policy
If you have already purchased, enrolled, or booked one of our services (class/workshop/camp/1:1 coaching, etc.) and are no longer able to attend the service, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full Refund: If you cancel more than 3 days in advance of the scheduled service, a full refund minus an AU$20 Admin Fee may be provided.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel within 3 days but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service, a 50% refund minus an AU$20 Admin Fee may be provided.
- No Refund: For no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, there will be no eligibility for a refund.
- Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your service, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
- To cancel or reschedule: Please contact us via email at hi@riseandraise.com.au with the subject line “Cancellation/Reschedule.”
- Cancellation by us: In the rare event that we must cancel a workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund to customers or offer the option to reschedule.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
